SHIPPING POLICY — MEMENTRA


Thank you for shopping with Mementra. Because many of our pieces are personalized and made to order just for you, please read the timings below carefully — a personalized item has a short production time before it ships, on top of the delivery time.

Delivery time and cost (United Kingdom)

Because each personalized piece is made to order, your total time is production plus delivery — not just delivery. For UK orders, this is typically:

  • Estimated total time: ⟨CONFIRM: 5–10 business days from your order⟩, covering the time to make your personalized piece and deliver it to you.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Your order is fulfilled and dispatched by our production partner.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Delays

All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll help track it down. (See also our Terms of Service.)

Customs & import duties

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Please check your country's import rules before ordering, as we cannot predict these charges or refund them if a parcel is refused.

Incorrect addresses & failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to change an address once an order has been dispatched, and we can't be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery; additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or missing parcels

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your parcel, please check with your household and neighbours and allow 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark parcels early. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us at support@mementra.co.uk and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
